Anti Harassment Cell

The Confluence College Anti-Harassment Cell is a specialized unit within the institution aimed at preventing and addressing incidents of harassment among students, faculty, and staff. Its key objectives include:

1.    Prevention: Implementing measures to prevent harassment by promoting awareness and educating the college community about acceptable behavior and the consequences of harassment.

2.    Intervention: Promptly addressing reported cases of harassment through proper investigation and taking appropriate disciplinary action against the perpetrators.

3.    Support Services: Providing support and assistance to victims of harassment, including counseling, legal guidance, and access to resources for reporting incidents.

4.    Policy Enforcement: Ensuring strict adherence to the college's anti-harassment policies and guidelines, and advocating for their effective implementation.

5.    Awareness Campaigns: Organizing awareness campaigns, workshops, and training sessions to educate students, faculty, and staff about their rights and responsibilities regarding harassment.
