The Confluence College Grievance Cell serves as a platform for students, faculty, and staff to address and resolve various grievances they may encounter within the institution. Its key functions include:

1.    Receiving Complaints: Serving as a central point for receiving grievances from students, faculty, and staff regarding academic, administrative, or personal issues.

2.    Investigation and Resolution: Conducting impartial investigations into the grievances received and working towards resolving them in a fair and timely manner.

3.    Mediation: Facilitating mediation between the aggrieved parties to reach amicable solutions whenever possible, ensuring a peaceful resolution to conflicts.

4.    Advocacy: Advocating for the rights and interests of individuals who have filed grievances, ensuring that their concerns are addressed appropriately by the college administration.

5.    Policy Compliance: Ensuring compliance with college policies and procedures in addressing grievances, and recommending necessary revisions or improvements to the grievance resolution process.

6.    Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality throughout the grievance handling process to protect the privacy and dignity of the individuals involved.

7.    Feedback Mechanism: Providing a feedback mechanism for stakeholders to express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the grievance resolution process, and using feedback to improve the effectiveness of the cell.

Vision & Mission:

The grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) mission to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non-academic matter within the campus through the online and grievance / suggestion box.

Objectives:

  • The main objective of the Grievance Redressal cell is to develop a responsible and receptive attitude among all the stakeholders so that a harmonious educational atmosphere is maintained in the college.
  • The Grievance Redressal Cell is constituted for the redressed of the problems reported by the learners of the College with the aim and objective of keeping the self-esteem of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the college through encouraging cordial Student teacher relationship and Student-Student relationship etc.
  • To encourage the students to express their problems / grievances frankly and freely and without any fear of being victimized.

  • Made all teacher trainees and students aware of their right and duties.
  • Ensured democratic environment in the campus.
  • Solved various personal and academic problem of teacher trainee.
